Non-Returnable Items:

3. Return Shipping

  • If the error is ours Ninja Van will automatically issue payment for insurance.
  • If the error is not ours, the customer is responsible for processing and return shipping costs, and the item must be returned in its original, unopened condition.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within .
  • Refunds exclude original shipping fees unless the error is on our part.
