At ZILARRA INC, operator of nanosilver.com.ph, we are committed to delivering our US FDA-APPRPOVED, FDA-licensed dietary supplement products to you promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy, compliant with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) guidelines, outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and conditions to ensure a smooth delivery experience. Our products are shipped in tamper-proof, sealed packaging to guarantee product integrity and buyer protection.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the Philippines. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at wellness@nanosilver.com.ph.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location & order weight

3. Processing and Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within  1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Metro Manila:  1-5 business days, sometimes faster.

    • Provincial Areas Luzon: 5-10 business days

    • Remote Areas: VISMIN 5-14 business days

  • Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control , Force Majeure, holidays, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Methods

           We choose reliable, trusted courier services to ensure reliable delivery. 

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package.

  • If you do not receive tracking information, contact us at wellness@nanosilver.com.ph with your order number.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at wellness@nanosilver.com.ph with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. Refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details.

  • Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery date shown on tracking number, contact us to initiate an investigation with the courier.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • Our products are shipped in tamper-proof, sealed packaging.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or addresses that cannot be verified.

  • Certain areas may have delivery restrictions due to courier limitations. Be sure to indicate your barangay on checkout. We will notify you if your address is affected.
